Where is Aged Caring Compass located?

We are located on the Mid North Coast in the Bellingen Shire. Approximately 30mins south of Coffs Harbour.

How do I get started?

Simply contact us by email (helen@agedcaringcompass.com) and we’ll arrange a friendly chat to understand your needs and explain how we can help. Alternatively, book a free Discovery Call (initial consultation) here.

Who can use your service?

ACC supports elders, their families, carers, and anyone needing help to understand or access aged care services. Whether you’re planning ahead, facing a sudden change in health, or navigating the My Aged Care system, we can assist.

Can you attend assessments or meetings with us?

Yes. We can attend ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) or provider meetings with you (in person or virtually) to ensure you feel supported, understand what’s being discussed, and get your questions answered.

Can you work remotely with the family?

Yes, we are able to support and work remotely.
