Welcome to Aged Caring Compass.
I have more than 20 years of experience in the Aged and Community Care sector. Over that time, I've supported countless families through one of the most important and often overwhelming stages of life - finding the right care and support for their loved ones.
For 15 of those years, I specialised in helping people move into aged care homes and, more recently, I've worked in the Community Care and Retirement Living sectors.
What drives me most is people. I genuinely care about making the process easier, clearer and more positive for families who are navigating aged care.
I know how stressful it can feel, and I take pride in offering guidance with empathy, understanding, and a focus on what really matters - dignity, comfort and peace of mind.
When you consult with ACC (whether as the person seeking aged care or someone making enquiries on behalf of a loved one), you will be talking to a real person who will ensure the experience is compassionate, authentic and focussed on your particular circumstances.
