Hi, I’m Helen, Founder of Aged Caring Compass (ACC). From our office in Bellingen on the Mid North Coast, I’m here to support you as your local aged care advocate.
I'm passionate about supporting Australian elders and their families through the often-complex process of entering aged care homes and accessing services in the Community Care sector.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen first-hand how overwhelming and emotional the transition can be.
I created ACC - to provide clear, compassionate guidance that empowers individuals and families to make informed choices with confidence and peace of mind.
My commitment is to find the right fit for your circumstances, and to suggest options that meet your unique needs. I understand that this can be a difficult transition, and I'm here to support, listen and guide you step by step through the journey.

You have decided to work with me. After a consultation with you, I will prepare a proposal, taking into account your needs and where you are currently.

After you have selected the Compass Offering for your situation, I act as your advocate and personal guide.
I will keep you updated with how you're progressing in the aged care system.
